Day 10: Lords

On the tenth day of Christmas, my true love gave me to me...
...Ten lords a-leaping
Nine ladies dancing,
Eight maids a-milking,
Seven swans a-swimming,
Six geese a-laying,
Five golden rings!
Four calling birds,
Three French hens,
Two turtledoves
And a partridge in a pear tree!

Grawr, I found a new way to colorize these sketches...AFTER 10 DAYS.
Watch out folks, the dedication is a doozy today~

First of all, I just wanted to say how glad I met all of you last year at Fanime. ;u; I spent amazing days with you guys and made great friends out of each of you. I can't wait to see you all again this year!
In case you haven't realized, each of those "Lords" are yourselves. Yes, I drew you guys as kids to keep my children theme going for these 12 days. I hope...you can tell who is who? If not, I'm going through the dedications in order, from left to right.

Day 10 is dedicated to:
Caitlin, you have a beautiful voice; your singing is so incredible. You're just amazing at singing, cosplaying and voice-acting overall. I honestly was surprised, but really, why should I have been? You're just that awesome. Congratulations on graduating! I wish you lots of success in the future!

Karen, your birthday dinner was definitely a defining moment during Fanime weekend. I dunno, I had just met you, yet when I was singing along with the whole diner, I felt like we'd been friends for a while, haha! I hear you're graduating in half a year, so I wish you luck in the rest of your studies until then!

Ryan, I was really tempted to draw cat ears on your hat. Still can't get the image of those fluffy cat ears out of my head, haha. It was a pleasure meeting you and chatting with you. I think of everyone I met, I held the longest conversations with you, HAH. I hope I'll get to hang out with you again this coming Fanime!

Wenqing...oh man, where to start? ;u; Never had any other person inspired me to do so much. I can honestly call you a role model, but you are a good friend at the same time, but I suppose that works out as well? You inspire me to do good works with my art and to speak out my mind about issues. I admire the things you do, say and of course, draw, and I count myself damn lucky to have you as a friend, or hell, to even have met you! Congratulations on graduating, and I wish you so much success in the future. Not that you'd need it; there's no way you will end up as a hobo living in a cardboard box like you had originally said. :'D

Vicky Vicky Vicky! Have I ever told you that I think you're gorgeous! ;u; Well, you are! I love our conversations, and you're just such a nice person to me. I love all the works you put up as well as our conversations and any advice or critique you give me. I really, really look forward to seeing you again this year! Until then, I wish you a Merry Christmas!

Bean, if I had not met you, I would not have met anyone else. I always read your journals and admire how you manage to handle everything so well, and your art always has this soulful vibe to it that I love. I appreciate all the help you have given me(and all your patience, dear lord xD), and I would love to return the favor someday. (Like I wish I could have lent you my tablet, but I had no way of getting it to you.) Thank you so much. ;n;

Guo, your art is also amazing. I usually go "delete, delete, delete" with my deviations, but I always pause on yours. The vibrant colors and the graceful curving lines always intrigue me, and I honestly just stare at your works for a really long time. I was looking for a reference on your facebook for your hair, and I saw the self-portrait you drew, and I just stared at it for a while until I noticed IT'S REALLY LATE, AND I SHOULD PROBABLY STOP TYPING NOW. (No really, you're amazing. Keep being awesome. ;u; )

Bottom line is, I love you guys, and thanks for being my friend.
